For F3 Temecula, our vision is to create a community where every man in F3 finds his purpose, challenges his limits, and lifts others along the way.

F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. It’s a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.  F3 is more than just a workout group.  We are men from our community that are connecting over a shared vision to to get 1% better each day so that we can be better assets to ourselves, our families, and our communities.

Note: We do not define Faith as any specific religion or system, but simply a belief in something that is bigger than oneself.

F3 is intended to be led by the PAX, meaning each man who is in F3 should consider himself willing and ready to lead — or “Q,” in F3 lingo — a workout, event, or any other initiative consistent with the mission and core principles of F3.  F3 is best when given away and when other men step up to lead.

• Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion

You can do it! We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership.  

Regardless of your age and/or current fitness level, all PAX are encouraged to show up and modify as necessary.
